Musco Terms of Service
Terms governing use of this website and its project-information request features.
Informational use
Website content supports preliminary lighting research and communication. It is not a final engineering design, installation instruction, warranty, certification, or offer. Product specifications, availability, pricing, and regional compliance must be confirmed in current project documents. Examples using luminous flux, efficacy, CCT, CRI, IP rating, L70 lifetime, surge protection, or control protocols explain selection concepts and do not state that every product carries the same value.
Project responsibility
Users remain responsible for qualified electrical, structural, controls, code, and safety review. Photometric examples depend on stated assumptions and require verification against the actual site, selected product file, installation, aiming, and commissioning conditions. The project team must confirm calculation geometry, reflectance, maintenance factors, photometric file revision, circuit conditions, mounting support, access, and applicable authority requirements.
Enquiries and documents
Submitting an enquiry does not create a professional-services agreement or obligate either party to proceed. Drawings and schedules should omit confidential information that is not necessary for the request. Any quotation, submittal, drawing, or project-specific response is governed by its own stated scope, revision, assumptions, validity period, and commercial terms. Where a website summary conflicts with current approved documentation, the approved project document controls.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, submit unlawful material, impersonate another party, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse website content. Intellectual property remains with its respective owner. You may use public information for ordinary project evaluation but may not remove notices or present material as your own certification. Links to third-party services do not imply control or endorsement.
Availability and limitation
The website may be changed, suspended, or unavailable without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Musco is not liable for decisions made solely from website content or for indirect loss arising from service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit parties to exclude.
Updates and governing context
Terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after publication means the revised terms apply. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights in a user’s jurisdiction remain unaffected where they apply.
